Mali Air was founded In 1994, by Karl-Heinz Mali, starting with flight rental operation on a twin-engine Cessna 340A.The Aircraft was based in Graz. Later as the business developed, Mali Air Luftverkehr GmbH was founded in 1997 with a transport permit. In the years 1997-1999 Mali Air mainly had flights from Graz to Eastern Europe.
